Litafi, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, AppName.

Information We Collect via FinanceKit

Our app, Eumeris, utilizes Apple’s FinanceKit API to provide real-time insights into your daily spending capacity. With your explicit permission, we may access:

• Transaction history and account balances.
• Financial institution names and account types.
• Transaction metadata (dates, amounts, and merchant categories).

How We Use Your Financial Data

We use the data obtained through FinanceKit solely to:

• Calculate your daily "Safe Spend" limit: By analyzing your current cash balance and upcoming financial obligations, we provide a clear, daily discretionary spending limit.
• Identify potential savings opportunities: By analyzing your historical transaction history, we identify potential savings opportunities.
• Generate monthly spending reports: Combine insights from your financial transactions to generate insightful spending reports.

We do not use your financial data for advertising, marketing, or profiling for any third-party services.

Data Storage and Security

• Apple Financial Data (FinanceKit):
  • Financial data from Apple Card, Apple Cash, and Savings is accessed via Apple's FinanceKit API.
  • This data is processed locally on your device and never transmitted to any remote server.
  • We (Litafi, LLC) never persist or transmit your Apple Financial balance or transaction data to any server. It exists only temporarily in device memory while you view it.
• Your Budget Data (User-Created):
  • Budget limits, spending categories, and preferences you create sync across your devices.
  • This sync uses Apple's CloudKit and stores data in your personal iCloud account.
  • Apple processes this data to enable syncing between your devices.
  • We (Litafi, LLC) cannot access your budget data - it lives only in your iCloud account.
• Third-Party Sharing:
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your financial data.
  • Your Apple Financial data never leaves your device.
  • Your budget data exists only in your iCloud account and on your devices.
  • You data is neither stored by us, transmitted to our servers nor any third-party services.

Data Deletion

• Apple Financial Data:
  • Delete the app to remove all locally-cached FinanceKit data.
• Budget Data (iCloud Sync):
  • Delete the app: Removes local copy only.
  • To delete from iCloud:
  • Go to Settings > Eumeris > Delete Cloud Data.
  • Or revoke iCloud access for this app in your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Show All > Eumeris > Delete Dataa).
